Initiate Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Verification
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the return shipping address.
Package and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original box with all accessories and cables, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, we will inspect the hardware for damages; approved returns will be processed for a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
