Which operating systems are Keychron keyboards compatible with?
All Keychron keyboards are designed with cross-system compatibility in mind. They feature a physical toggle switch to swap between macOS and Windows layouts, and we include dedicated keycaps for both systems in every box.
How long does shipping take and which countries do you ship to?
We ship globally to most countries. Standard international shipping typically takes 7-15 business days, while expedited shipping options can arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is the difference between Hot-swappable and Non-Hot-swappable versions?
A hot-swappable version allows you to change switches without soldering, making it easy to customize your typing feel. Non-hot-swappable versions have the switches soldered directly to the PCB and cannot be easily replaced.
What is your return policy for electronic products?
We offer a 7-day return policy for products in original condition. If your keyboard has a manufacturing defect, it is covered under our 1-year limited warranty which includes repair or replacement of faulty components.
